What is Mercury Retrograde?

Retrograde is a phenomenon that occurs when our plant, Earth, ‘speeds past’ another planet making it appear to be moving backwards through the night sky. It’s simply an illusion that usually occurs three times a year for Mercury. You may feel the effects of this backspin, most, in areas concerning communication, electronics, travel, clear thinking and more. As if 2020 hasn’t been rough enough, October 13th marks the beginning of the final Mercury Retrograde for the year in water sign Scorpio. My advise, use these three weeks to your advantage!  While M. retrograde can be frustrating, its a chance to reassess, reflect and listen to the inner wisdom that often gets overlooked as we rush through life.

What to Expect: Mercury Retrograde in Scorpio

Mercury turns retrograde October 13th and remains until November 3rd. In Scorpio, it’s an ideal time to get in touch with your emotional nature. Consider how they affect your decision making, habits, and negative thought patterns.
