I love my new shirt! How should I wash it?

We recommend turning your shirt inside out and washing with like colors. Avoid fabric softeners as these can reduce the longevity of the print. Air dry is best.

Will you offer more designs in the future?

Yes, we are always working to create awesome new designs!

The color of my shirt is slightly different from the photo, is this normal?

Yes, everyone’s screen displays slightly different coloring.

How do I know which size to order?

Our tees are unisex and run true to size. The chart below will help you select the right size.

How long will my candle burn for?

Our candles are 12 ounces and have a burn time of 65-70 hours.

Do I trim the wick between use?

Yes, trim wooden wicks to about 1/8 of an inch before lighting. You can use a wick trimmer, nail clippers or gently brush the excess off with your finger (only when cool).

How long should I burn my candle each time?

We recommend burning your candle for at least 3-4 hours at a time to ensure an even melt pool across the entire width of the candle. This will extend the life of your candle and help avoid tunneling.

Should I remove large crystals & decorations prior to lighting?

Yes, large crystals (over 3/4 inch) should be carefully removed to ensure even melting when lit. Decorations should be removed prior to lighting.

Will my candles and tees arrive together in one package?

Tees and candles will be shipped in separate packages and may not arrive on the same day. You will receive multiple tracking numbers in these instances.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Candle orders will ship within 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail (1-4 days). To reduce our environmental impact, all clothing items are produced after you order and will be received in 7-14 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all of order include a tracking number which will be sent to the email provided at checkout as soon as your order ships. Please note that candles and clothing will be shipped separately and multiple tracking numbers will be provided.

My package says it was delivered but I haven't received it?

If the package says it was delivered by the mail carrier but is unable to be located, please check all areas of the home, connect with your neighbors or contact your local mail carrier office for more information and to file a claim for a missing package. Unfortunately, LivinMindful.com has no control of deliveries once they are accepted by the mail carrier.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. We are committed to providing excellent customer service so please contact us if there are any damages or you received an incorrect order within 7 days of receiving your package.

I received a damaged or incorrect order, what should I do?

If you received an item that arrived damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days so that we may resolve the issue free of charge.
