When Third Eye Chakra is Blocked
Chakra’s are evolving energy sources within the subtle body. As such, they can be deficient (closed/blocked) or excessive (open). When a Chakra is deficient, not enough energy is flowing. This could express itself as feeling tired, sluggish, or listless. When too much energy is flowing, you might feel aggression, agitation and even project these feelings onto others. Here are some things to look for when Crown Chakra is out of balance.
Closed minded and unwilling to listen to, or accept, another point of view. You do not welcome in new ideas for growth & change.
Feeling lost with zero inspiration, direction or creativity. You feel as though nothing you/try do has meaning.
Don’t like people and/or form shallow connections with others.
General feelings of paranoia, depression, lack of focus and stubbornness
Difficulty visualizing the bigger picture and making connections between the smaller pieces of information. Also known as tunnel vision.
Your concept of reality is distorted. This can be due to mental imbalances, ego, high emotions or excessive day dreaming.
Difficulty connecting with yourself on a deeper level. Also related: ignoring your intuition (or gut instincts).
