As the beginning of a new cycle, the day of a New Moon the perfect time to reflect on your goals, meditate, purify your environment, and get your game plan together for the next two weeks. Set yourself up for success with these New Moon Rituals and make the most of the growing moon, known as the Waxing Moon phase, that lasts for the two weeks leading up to a Full Moon.

Meditate: Take 5-10 minutes to meditate under the New Moon. Closing your eyes, focus on the sound of your breath for a few minutes.
